One flight from Los Angeles [LAX] to San Jose, Costa Rica [SJO] and one short connecting flight [45 min] on Sansa Airlines from SJO to Puerto Jimenez.
From LA we recommend taking the nonstop redeye flight [Avianca Air] which arrives at 6am, leaving ample time to make your connecting flight to Puerto Jimenez.
When choosing your return flight please make sure you leave yourself a minimum of two hours to make your connecting flight.
If redeye’s aren’t your thing you can always fly out the day before and spend the night at an SJO Airport hotel. We have our favorite and can help you with this option.
If you need help coordinating flights please feel free to email Jenn at email@example.com
